Has helped best with hand and wrist wraps
He did exactly what I needed to help with the carpal tunnel. Helps with both support and pain relief. However, there is a strap around it and the strap broke on the first day of use. I contacted the company, they gave me a full refund so that helps. It's just frustrating that it was on day one and the strap snapped.
