I like everything, the price and quality are acceptable.
Because I found this insignificant circumstance to be so upsetting, three months have gone since it happened, and I still haven't purchased anything else that's available on the market!
- The chair is in perfect working order.
- For lamination, regular wheels, not rubberized ones, were shipped. Even the label on the package itself claims that it is suitable for use with laminate wheels. And when I tried to fix this issue with the vendor, they refused to do so, stating that the manufacturer had the right to change the configuration at any time. In my view, this is not a fair situation.
