It has helped us manage many different aspects from customer acquisition till post sales service management as well tracking their bookings across multiple channels such as online booking websites & mobile apps etc., This helps me understand what parts are working or not effectively within each channel which i use when managing client accounts by assigning them specific tasks/responsibilities depending upon where they work most efficiently - either offline /on-line mode.- Also its reports feature help create customised dashboards according information we need quickly without having too much trouble accessing data via excel sheets!
