Doesn't stick to riot gear

doesn't stick and doesn't fit my Bell Qualifer visor, it leaves a big gap between the visor and the lens which I carefully taped little by little until it stopped straining so much only to find that it wasn't fully adhering to the visor so after squeezing and squeezing I finally left as it was, went to a glass of water and came back to find that the lens had detached from the visor
