2008 Dodge Ram 2500 Installation: These bulbs are perfect for my truck, but they NEED a CANBUS add-on for low beam to work on a 3rd gen Dodge truck and possibly others. Just ask them at Firehawk after you've ordered your bulbs and they'll email you a link and promo code for a 99% discount (basically only $0.20 free). CANBUS (made by HIKARI) fits between the wire harness and the Firehawk bulbs and comes pre-assembled with connectors although it is not listed in the photos. I assume it is because they are made for different models. The connector may not fully engage, so just use electrical tape to secure the connection. I do this regardless of the fit to make sure it's waterproof anyway. Great products and great customer service with the addition of CANBUS at almost no extra cost. Thanks Firehawk, my truck is MUCH safer now than driving at night!
