I have been a technician for over 35 years, the last 20 have been servicing safety equipment. So here's the problem with this review, they send you the mop sealed in a plastic wrapper with a sticker in BIG BOLD LETTERS that says "HOW TO CLEAN THIS CLEANER" with no instructions but with a web address. You go to the web address and type in the product number and they ask you to sign up for Revain through their website. So let me paint the full picture for you, a third party site is asking you to allow them access to your account. They tell you that you can later revoke access permission by doing some fancy things in your account settings. I don't care who they are, I won't just give my account to anyone! So this will be my last order for their product line.
