30 inch is not what it used to be. A barcode label on the rim itself identifies them as 30 inches. Came in a 20 inch box. No, they weren't rolled up. I bought 4 of these to replace my old 30" pre-lit wreaths that eventually gave up. (They weren't 30" either, even though the box said so, and they're smaller than my old ones.) Honestly, if you pull the wires tight enough and stick them all the way out on each side, you can see the 30- Inch mark on the tape when viewed from a specific angle. In fact they look good and appear to be sturdy and the light works. They are about 25 inches fluffy. Or, 30 inches, a fisherman.
