This works well for the high traffic area we installed it in. I was able to install it myself, although I'm notoriously bad at assembling things. It has a wide gate opening and is easy to open. Very happy with my purchase. Most frustrating moments when buying this gate: - Finding one that has a wide door, not just for a wide door - Figuring out if the gate will fit my door and if any extensions are needed.
