Instant jump in sound quality
I have an old gaming laptop with several internal parts that are not working properly here and there. I used it as a home theater laptop and hooked it up to an amp which sound quality was spasmodic. When I got this adapter, I first plugged it into the laptop's USB port and then plugged the amp into this adapter. saints. almost real sound in theater quality. This is one of my best buys and I STRONGLY recommend people just upgrade the sound quality.
