Minor Loss? HF leak!
I bought this to replace an old slightly longer coax jumper between my HF transceiver and antenna tuner. I immediately used it on the 80W-100W HF bands. So much radio frequency was leaking out of the cable that local equipment (computers, etc.) behaved erratically or simply shut down. Reinstalled the original coax jumper and everything worked fine. My recommendation: Do not use or buy to connect HF radios. They might work well for low-power devices (less than 5W), but there's significant leakage at 50+W.
