Review on 🍾 Champagne bObsweep PetHair Robot Vacuum Cleaner and Mop by Rachel Ellis

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Bob is a real man! suitable for vacuum cleaning and floor care

I spent a lot of time researching robot vacuum cleaners before I took the plunge and bought one for our home. Starting at 3000sqft of office and living space to tidy up, and with a dog that sheds 20 pounds of gray hair a day, I needed a bulletproof block. We have a variety of flooring types - carpet, bluestone, and hardwood - so the unit had to be versatile. I narrowed my criteria down to price, build quality, customer service (these machines often get scolded if you have pets), and dust box capacity (I didn't want to empty the dust box while cleaning). Dive with Bobsweep (aka "Bob") in June 2016. I hate cleaning so I can't overstate what a revelation it was. On the first pass over the "clean" floor, the pallet was full to the brim with dog hair. What he didn't get on the first run gets blasted off the wall for him to capture later in the same cycle. Hard floors are kept clean with a mop head that grabs unruly hair and picks up dirt. The key with this bait is to moisten it slightly and not soak it completely before use or the wheels will spin. I just spray it with a regular household cleaner (Lysol, Simple Green, etc.) and it gets the job done. My vacuum cleaner is only suitable for a particularly shaggy carpet, otherwise it stands alone and unused in the closet. I think with every robot vacuum cleaner. There is a learning curve to observing how the device works. With Bob it was a very quick learning curve and the device is simple and easy to use. Each robot vacuum cleaner will get stuck or blocked if the obstacles are not removed. So if it gets stuck, it's probably because the user isn't moving cables, blocking obstacles, etc. Once you create a roadblock prevention space, it's unstoppable! For Bob I use a well placed chair or similar to shield the seats with cables or high sleepers etc. I also put cushions under low furniture to give Bob enough space. Our family immediately became fans of Bob, and now I laws, brother and neighbor have their own units. We got our second bob in February 2017 so we can have 2 at once, I haven't tried to put them in the same robot battle room. a while. We roll them around the house. We pull out the mop for deep cleaning every 6 months. Their customer service is also incredible. I started a customer service dialogue with Ricky@Bobsweep in August 2016 when I was having trouble with my first bob. Ricky was my personal customer service representative. to date - no links and no extensions to remember, just email Ricky! There will be questions, I'll write Ricky. It checks in and tracks for repairs and responds quickly (I prefer email over phone, haven't tried calling but can only imagine phone service is just as good). For a small fee they even replaced one of my Bob blocks when the motherboard failed even though the blocks were out of warranty. PLUS they refunded the cost of previous parts I recently ordered for this unit. Wow. I was stunned that the company did this. Bobsweep's customer service is the best I have ever experienced. The closest customer service I've had to this level is from Patagonia or LL Bean - they don't make vacuum cleaners. A friend has a Roomba vacuum that has more "bells and whistles" and a hefty price tag which I briefly checked, but they both end up doing exactly the same job of vacuuming dirt! For my money, Bob outshines his robot vacuum cleaner. For me, service is a bestseller, it is committed to the product. Be aware that any vacuum cleaner brand will fail sooner or later, especially if it is used almost every day. So choose a company that prepares your product to get it up and running again quickly! As you can see from my profile, I rarely write reviews on Amazon but wanted to share my amazing experience. i love you bob
