No longer working

This was the first time I've been able to use this tool since I got it. I had to look it up on the web to make sure I'm trying to turn it on properly, but it still won't turn on. I finally got it to turn on after wiggling the power cord, using it for 10 minutes, turning it off and coming back to finish the project. and it wouldn't start no matter what i did. It must be returned or replaced.
