But only works after soldering
After encountering many problems using this CNC screen, I found an article online that explains that the jumper pins on many of these cheaper boards are tied low and not tied high (when the jumper is installed is). I had to solder the leads to the 5V rail for it to work properly. It works, but the buyer beware.
- Stepper Motor Driver for CNC Shield V4 3D Printer should work with Nano board. It can be used as a driver expansion board for engraving machines and 3D printers. It has a total of 3 slots for A4988 stepper motor driver modules (not included) to drive 3-channel stepper motors. Each stepper motor channel only needs 2 I/O ports, which means 6 I/O ports are enough to drive three stepper motors. This screen can speed up controlling stepper motors in your project.
