But only works after soldering

After encountering many problems using this CNC screen, I found an article online that explains that the jumper pins on many of these cheaper boards are tied low and not tied high (when the jumper is installed is). I had to solder the leads to the 5V rail for it to work properly. It works, but the buyer beware.

Pros

Stepper Motor Driver for CNC Shield V4 3D Printer should work with Nano board. It can be used as a driver expansion board for engraving machines and 3D printers. It has a total of 3 slots for A4988 stepper motor driver modules (not included) to drive 3-channel stepper motors.
