I like how easy this software was to learn, as well as use once we got into it. The support team has been very helpful in answering any questions or concerns you may have. There are times when the whole computer freezes up for no reason. Other than that there really isn't anything negative about using this program. It's great! We used to do everything by hand with spreadsheets but now we can track all our data from intake through release much quicker than before. I like that it has all the things we need to run our facility. It's easy to use and allows for multiple users to access the same program. The software can be very slow sometimes but this is not always the case. We are able to do everything we need in one place. There isn't anything I dislike about the product. I would recommend using this software for any corrections facility. It has made running our facility much easier. We are now able to keep track of our inmates and their progress.
