A Surefire Recipe for Catastrophe at the HTS Online Store

As an avid do-it-yourselfer, I was thrilled to look through the HTS online store for materials to use in my most recent endeavor. On the other hand, my dealings with this business were a complete and utter disaster. I had a difficult time even navigating the website, let alone locating the products I required, despite the company's assertions that they provide exceptional customer support. It was about as helpful as a chocolate teapot, and the categories made about as much sense as a screen door on a submarine. The search mechanism was about as helpful as a chocolate teapot. After I had eventually succeeded in adding some items to my shopping cart, the process of checking out was a complete and utter nightmare. The page that I attempted to enter my shipping address on kept refreshing itself, and the payment page looked like it was designed by a child using crayons. I had no clue what I had ordered, but my credit card statement showed that I had been charged for three additional items. To add insult to injury, the products I ordered were of low quality and scarcely resembled the images shown on the website. This was a major letdown. The customer service team was about as helpful as a one-legged guy in a butt-kicking contest, and they didn't seem interested in helping me find a solution to my problems. In conclusion, if someone's time, money, or health were valuable to them, I would not advise them to shop at the HTS online store. Stick to the hardware store in your neighborhood, or you risk creating a project that is about as helpful as a screen door on a submarine.
