Very cute skirt best in my review
This is a very cute skirt. I ordered a small, I normally wear size 6 in pants. It fits very well at my waist. I like that the bow can be tied in the middle or on the side. The material is soft. The skirt went below my knees, which is what I was looking for as a work outfit. I purchase the black skirt, and it is not see-through.
