Worked well with my Samsung Galaxy S10+. No problem taking pictures with the remote after looking at the camera settings on my phone - make sure the option is enabled/selected to use the volume button to take pictures. Also set up my Canon DSLR with a 50mm lens to test the strength of the tripod. It holds the camera easily. Make sure the legs are fully straightened or they will slide until they stand up. No problem with bent and held legs. DSLR and doesn't fall apart The tripod's legs feel solid and hold up well when I attach it to random things around my house with my phone on it.
