The best thing about c&w is that it helps to know where your customers are at all times, which allows you to deliver more personalized experiences for them! It's also very easy to integrate with other tools like Salesforce or Hubspot so I can easily pull in my CRM info as well (which has been great!). There isn't anything bad i dislike too much but there could be an easier way of seeing who viewed what page/product etc? Maybe have some sort of reporting option built into their dashboard instead of having to go through each individual account one by one?? But otherwise this app works flawlessly!!
