Solid platform that gives me total control over who is surveyed

I enjoy having access at all times of day with great customer support! You can even create surveys or polls for your internal teams as well (which helps eliminate bias!). It's very easy to use too - just give it time before you become frustrated by how intuitive everything feels; there are some things which could be improved but nothing major so far. We've been able to gather input quickly through simple questions/polls without our customers feeling like they're being forced into something when

SUZY Network provides ease and efficiency in communicating internally

It's really easy for our customers to interact with us because it gives them all of their information at once - they don't have 3 different places or apps where we can find this info! I wish there was more transparency around what data is being collected about my customer as well. We do not know how much time has passed between when someone interacts with me through suzynetwork vs. when we collect the data associated with those interactions. This makes managing consent difficult if you want to…
