SUZY Network provides ease and efficiency in communicating internally
It's really easy for our customers to interact with us because it gives them all of their information at once - they don't have 3 different places or apps where we can find this info! I wish there was more transparency around what data is being collected about my customer as well. We do not know how much time has passed between when someone interacts with me through suzynetwork vs. when we collect the data associated with those interactions. This makes managing consent difficult if you want to be able to prove compliance across multiple countries/customers. Also, some other tools are better suited than others depending upon your business model (i.e., B2B SaaS). If looking for one tool solution to provide accessibilty to everyone within the organization, then use SuzyNetworks Suite. The benefits include providing easier way to communicate within team, faster.
