This is an inferior coffee maker.

I would advise you to stay away from this brand and model of coffee machines. In my opinion, this is a cheaper copy of other models. I have a very similar Muller brand model that works great and is only $74.99, only $10 more. The Mix Espresso model has a smaller hard plastic waterline and an obscure color as shown in the photo. This type of hard plastic becomes brittle over time when exposed to heat and then breaks. I don't think this is a good feature for a coffee maker. Also in the second photo you can see that the hole under the filter itself is a very small hole through which the coffee itself drips into the cup. This causes the K-Cup to overflow and the coffee to pass through the filter into your cup. The Mueller version has a 1" hole for inserting a coffee filter. This allows the coffee to float in the cup without gaps. The biggest downside to this particular brand of Mixpresso is that whichever of the three size selection buttons you press, an 8-ounce -cup of coffee is made. No matter which button is selected, it brews 8 ounces of coffee with coffee grounds. Another problem with the cheaper version is that the coffee comes out very weak and you can hear that the pump doesn't have the power of a Müller coffee maker I am returning this coffee maker and keeping my Müller coffee maker, I thought I could replace it and save money, although the two coffee makers may look the same they are very different in quality.
