Buying this for my 18 month old daughter as a toy car. This is a small three-clasp pad for practicing buckles. However, the perfect size for a car toy. My daughter was very intrigued by the buckles and enjoyed as we buckled and unbuckled them. She didn't have the talent to do it herself, but she understood the principles and kept asking one of us to help her. While this is a really high quality toy, I feel this item is a bit overpriced for its size. I'm also concerned that her study of style buckles will lead to her potentially breaking free from child safety seats in the future.
