I like that they are able to do everything in one place - quotes/estimates etc., contract management (including contracts with customers), invoicing. They're also very friendly when you have questions or need help getting something set up! Some things could be improved such as having more options available during quote creation. For example, there doesn't seem to be an option between fixed price & hourly rates. Also, sometimes their system gets slow while working so if your website isn't fast enough this can cause some issues too. Having all these tools together makes life easier than doing them separately elsewhere.
