One full US size smaller than pictured.
I'm a size 13 on my right foot and a size 12 1/2 on my left so of course I'm ordering a 13. I could barely put my left foot down and the right was a real problem. Both are too uncomfortable to drive. They are attractive and clearly suitable for driving. Came back 3 minutes later.
