It's definitely worth it!
New Texas law requires the center-mount rear brake light to work. 4 days before the end of the month I got this for 3. Plugged it in and it worked like a charm. Much cheaper here than auto parts store (recommended by inspection agency; they wanted $200) and faster shipping (local store told me 5 days). Very easy to install yourself. Would buy again.
