Surprisingly I bought the exact same model in 1975 and used it extensively. Who knows if the quality will remain the same, but the two tripods look exactly the same. It is very light and fits almost every camera. You'll never tire of carrying it around, which means you'll use it even more than a $200 tripod. Anything heavier is just a waste of time. Unless you're worried about your "image". The only camera you wouldn't be able to use it with is a professional video news camera. In 1975 I paid about the same price as this tripod. now, so that would be over $100 in today's dollars.
