Review on WTB TCS Rim Tape - 30mm x 11m Roll (W095-0001) by Jack Harrell

This tape has very little stretch and is difficult to conform to the inside of the rim contour. It's like packing tape. But even worse, it kept shrinking as I put it on and took it off the roll. Turns out he started shredding the thin slice left on the roll, which got wider as I put it on. When I had wrapped it around one revolution of the wheel I saw that about a quarter of the width of the tape was still on the roll. I had to peel off what was left of the scroll and try to walk again. Rather than risk it forming a tight seal, I took it off and ordered a different brand.
