Review on CaseMaster Investigation Management System by Stephen Parkell

The ease of use, ability to keep up with all aspects of an investigation from start-to-finish as well as being able to see everything at once in one place makes this software very useful! I dislike that there are no training videos available online or even anywhere else other than purchasing them directly through their website which can be costly if you do not have many clients using it already (which we did). It would also help tremendously to add more features such as having access to previous investigations so employees could learn how things were done before they started working here. We used to spend hours searching out different reports and documents needed during our cases but now its just clicks away!
