Review on Denso 234 9049 Air Fuel Sensor by Jaye Cleveland

Revainrating 5 out of 5

1/2 price factory original sensor

I bought this sensor to replace a broken one in our 2009 Toyota Sienna. It's the same you would buy from a Toyota dealership, only the price was about half the dealer's price! I was concerned that the old sensor would be difficult to remove. With the engine cold I sprayed the threads of the old one with penetrating oil and it came out the next morning with minimal effort. When I installed the new one, I lubricated the threads with a small amount of anti-seize. Total running time: 20 minutes. Don't take the car to the dealership and pay big bucks to have this sensor replaced when you can replace it yourself with minimal effort. Save $150 then treat yourself to dinner and a movie as a reward for the money saved.

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
  • old
