Getting started with this product is easy. Just plug the clips into 400W and the other end into your car's cigarette lighter. Sockets and USB ports work very well. I even plugged a laptop into one outlet and a monitor into another. Both worked as expected. Excellent goods. If you want to power or service a large device, you will need to use other clamps and clip on your battery of choice. What I don't think they mentioned was that it came with two replaceable fuses in case one blows, but I haven't had that problem yet. It was wonderful. The product was used on the 01 Mustang GT. It's worth the investment if you want more outlets in your car for phones, laptops, a monitor, or want to use it as a backup mini-generator (if you have a spare battery) that also works. This product is highly recommended!
