It will not fit every GM Light Truck as the description would suggest.
Wrong part for my truck! Didn't fit my 04 Silverado 1500. Long story short, this part has obviously changed over the years and the GM Light Truck series. I had to walk around 3 parts stores to find the right one. Finally 2 people from Advance Auto Parts stayed for 15 minutes. After closing, I look for the part and compare the photos with the old part of my truck. Eventually, they paired it with the 2004 Yukon. They didn't have it in stock. It arrived the next day and fits perfectly!
