Bought these for my daughter to wear at night over Ecoposh/Blueberry trainers or oversized MotherEase Sandys diapers. They are fantastic and leave no trace. We have smaller Airflow cases that we have been using for 2 years and they are still in great condition to give to another kid. We just stopped using them to increase the size. When she was in nappies all day, we wore the smaller Mother Ease coveralls over Flats or Little Sandys. just in case. These are my favorite diaper bags because they are so versatile. We pull them up and down like a pull-up, but if we ever did the same, we could still untie them. They feel bulky but fit well under clothing. There is no velcro or buttons on the front, so the volume is less. This is a great cover for newborns and older children. I highly recommend the Air Flow Cases!
