Complaint #1: Volume buttons work but not very well. You have to press hard and in the right place for them to work. Control over the speed of increasing and decreasing the volume leaves a lot to be desired. On the contrary, the on/off switch works well. Complaint #2: The screen protector is a sheet of plastic that protrudes from the tablet's surface. Because the plastic film is attached to the plastic frame, it doesn't stick to the surface of the tablet like it would if you used a screen protector. This means that the tablet sometimes reacts less well to touch. Tapping worked well, but swiping barely worked. In general, responsiveness was lower and more repetitions were required. Complaint #3: The case interferes a bit with the tablet's exterior. In particular, it's more difficult to bring down the notification panel by swiping down on the tablet's surface (ie you often have to swipe more than once; using the tablet without a case doesn't cause this problem). Complaint #4: Chassis installation is difficult. The working tip of the plastic lever was bent too much, making it difficult to apply enough pressure to finish removing the hard plastic top frame. Complaint #5: I chose the shoulder strap case because of the intended outdoor use. The shoulder strap is ok, but the parts that connect to the body are a bit inconvenient when using the wrist strap. Positive Comments: (1) The combination of silicone rubber and hard plastic provides strong protection for your tablet. (2) The rotating bracelet is a nice feature. (3) The stand is pretty good, although the removal and replacement mechanism isn't the smoothest and I wonder if durability will be an issue. (4) It probably helps that there are rubber covers for the headphone jack and power jack, although after repeated use I do wonder about the durability again.
