Seems to be a quality harness made of decent materials

Seems to be a quality harness made of decent materials but the chest strap is too long and not adjustable. As a result, the adjustable chest strap moves far to the rear. Instead of sitting just behind her "armpits," it's a few inches back. Makes you feel very uncomfortable.
