The most amazing thing about this app is that it can read your brain waves as you are reading. This helps to improve concentration, attention span, memory etc. It also has other features like meditation, relaxation, sleep tracking which help in improving mental health of an individual. I didn't find any specific dislike or disliking feature while using this app but i feel sometimes there might be some bugs here and there. Also at times when we use this application for too long it slows down our device performance. So try once if possible don't hesitate to give it a go. As per their FAQs they have mentioned various benefits associated with its usage so definitely worth trying them out. My daily schedule used to get hectic due to work pressure at office and since then my productivity started going low and my focus was not up to mark. And now by just sitting back and relaxing myself mentally.
