Shipping was fast. Didn't hurt at all. It's the perfect size, big enough to be noticeable and small enough to fit in your purse and be ready to go. It's absolutely great that you literally don't have to carry any extra stuff around with you. I'm 5ft 5in and its length is perfect and you can make it shorter. You can pack it away, no extras, it comes with a remote control, good lighting, light weight and overall it's a great product. NOW the only downside is that it is so light it feels very flimsy so be careful with it. Since it's light when you add the phone and it's quite tall, it can tilt a little due to the weight of the phone, so it's a little thicker and stronger, if that makes sense. Otherwise I LOVE IT
