I think I received a different product from all the other five star reviews. The product I received hardly heats up. To test it, I followed the instructions, plugged it in, and put a pillow on it for 20 minutes. It was barely warm. I pulled the real panel out of the case and felt it was a little warm, but was surprised to see its size. It's only 5 1/2 inches x 20 inches. Cover size 12.5 x 25 inches. So the pillow is tiny. There's no way this could ever retail for an MSRP of $39.95. I will be returning it as it doesn't suit my little wild street kitten.
