Review on mRecruiter by Vedprakash Trilltight

It has all the tools that I need to be able to find great candidates, interview them, fill out applications online and track progress after they've been hired! The user interface can feel a little dated at times but overall it's very easy to use and navigate! There's nothing much with this program that you don't get better by simply paying attention to detail in interviewing for a job or searching for more suitable jobs. I'm actually finding myself using other programs such as LinkedIn now because of how useful mRec is. I like that it allows me to connect with other recruiters in my area and also allows me to use other sources for filling open positions. The interface is not very user friendly, so some people might be turned off by this from the beginning. It helps me find candidates that are available and good fits for our company. It has allowed us to fill positions more quickly than when we were using an outsource service.
