Allows efficient sourcing & recruiting

It has all the tools that I need to be able to find great candidates, interview them, fill out applications online and track progress after they've been hired! The user interface can feel a little dated at times but overall it's very easy to use and navigate! There's nothing much with this program that you don't get better by simply paying attention to detail in interviewing for a job or searching for more suitable jobs. I'm actually finding myself using other programs such as LinkedIn now…

Pros
  • Easy search function just type what types/titles
  • Applicant sourcing / resume submission process which saves time during interviews.
  • Payroll integration allowing applicants' W 2s directly imported into system automatically instead manually entering information one person per pay period (which takes longer)

Overall good product - just wish they had better customization

I like how it allows me to see all of my candidates on one page, which makes it easy to communicate with them. It is somewhat difficult to navigate through the system when you first get started. The interface can be confusing at times. I also dislike that there are no templates available for some of the more common types of searches. For example, if you want to search for an employee who has worked in a specific city, you cannot do this. You have to create your own template. This is not very…

Great tool for finding talent and eliminating time-consuming tasks

The ability to be able to do searches of resumes, applications and screens for candidates in real time. This is great for our hiring managers who are remote working from home or travelling around the world! There could definitely be more features added that would make it easier to use. I wish there was an application where we could store information about applicants so we can keep track of their work history over time instead of having to go back through their applications each time when…
