Surprised by the top notch customer service from this seller! I asked for clarification as to whether the brooch was included or not (it IS) and received a prompt response! The film came out in a day - a day, folks. We didn't think we'd see it before Christmas but it was on our doorstep and our daughter had to carry it to our Handel Messiah Walk. We bought a gray film which some reviewers said wasn't very good, but I had no complaints. As did all the people who praised her at the concert. It's well made and doesn't look cheap. Her dress was a beautiful navy blue with a silver waist and a gray cape complemented it perfectly. We bought a large size and accessorized it with a very pretty silver rhinestone snowflake included with our purchase; She can look forward to wearing it for another year or two.
