I bought this for my 13 year old daughter as it was the only all round waterproof dress I could find that was over 7-8 years old. Years. I had never bought anything from the DryKids brand and wasn't sure if the quality would be good but it's amazing! I would say the size is true to size, maybe a little big. My daughter is almost 150 cm tall and at 11-12 years old she still has room to grow. The size chart only lists the size, but I measured chest (armpit to armpit) 51cm, waist 91cm (it has an elastic band), inseam 66cm and nape to bottom of neck. Sleeve length 78 cm The material is a bit thicker than previous onesies I've bought for her but still very light. The zipper and the elastic cuffs are also of very good quality. The color scheme is good too; My daughter chose green, which is a really nice pastel emerald shade. The zipper goes down to the ankle, making it very easy and quick to put on and take off. So far the water resistance is excellent; When we got caught in the rain - and even when she put it on to wash the horse - it wouldn't let a drop of water through. It also appears to be very breathable, which is great. She's been wearing it every day to and from school since January and every time we go out. It doesn't seem to show the slightest sign of wear (some other multifunction devices she's had wore out in five minutes!). The fit is good, she wears it comfortably with wellies and it's a comfortable fit too - we ride a lot and the fit and material doesn't give her any problems when she's in her booster seat. (which was a problem with their old all-in-one). I really like the reflective strips sewn into the legs and sleeves as they just add a bit of reassurance. There are a few little things that could be better. The hood has no drawstring or elastic which means it can sometimes fall down in windy weather and it has no hook so you need a hanger so you don't have to use the hood to hang it up. It's machine washable, but it's recommended to rinse in cold water and hang dry, which isn't the quickest thing but not a big deal. Overall I'm very happy with it. It's great quality, just the right size, durable enough for my daughter to wear every day, easy to put on and take off, and the reflective strips add extra safety. There are a few very small things that could be improved, but they are minor. Now I know the size is good and the quality is great, I will definitely order another dark blue for her to school.
