Please note that although the item model clearly states '25004', you will not receive model 25004 upon purchase. You get model 55403 and up once you realize it's the wrong chair you don't want to send it back as it weighs a ton and I can only imagine how much it would cost to send it back due to office. star error. I bought the 25004 in 2011 and it has been the best chair for many years. Gave it to a family member and decided to buy another chair (I didn't end up liking it as much as I had hoped) so I gave it to another family member and bought back the 25004 model. Got it in the mail today and it's model 55403. Differences between models:[.][.]At first I was upset that I didn't get what I bought (thanks Office Star, really appreciate - -_--), but after a few minutes I'm out of A's. I'll have to put up with it because there's no way I'll have to lug this thing around to queue at the post office.
