great tire: tires and accessories

It is very difficult to buy tires for an ATV. I mounted them on my Ranger 500 and was very concerned about the ride quality, loss of power, traction, handling and yard tearing. The stock tires were Carlisle 25" 489s and they were very good, but like everyone else I wanted something better than stock tires. They're big and look great on a Ranger. My first concern was how much power the larger size would steal. I measured and these tires did increase the ride height by 3/4". I didn't notice any loss in performance. The performance suffered, but not by much. The grip has improved a lot, but I can't comment on the handling. I can say that I put my own tires on and had no trouble getting them on the rim but couldn't put them back on I had to take them to a pro My ranger has 1 wheel lawn mode and in the yard Are they no worse than stock Yes I would buy more.
