Ordering both silver and grey, silver is more expensive than matte slate grey, but gray is better as the underside of the felt/foam covers the entire base making the tray fixed or immobile, when placed on the toilet lid with a folded paper towel. Silver, on the other hand, only has round felt/foam on the underside at 4 corners, which makes it slidable and uneven on the slightly rounded top of the toilet seat. One more thing, using folded paper napkins, which I also ordered, they work better with gray than silver.
