First of all I was very impressed with how well made this beautiful dressy harness was. But unfortunately, as many reviewers have said, I had to increase the size. Based on the measurements, my Malti Poo has a 15 inch chest and weighs 11 pounds. The size I chose, X Small, was for a 14-16 inch bust. I thought it was spot on. It really just closed with no free space. And since she is 6 months old, she may grow a little more. So I will go back and reorder Small when it becomes available. I also noticed that the seat belt clips are very small and difficult to unclip. This is the only one that I think could be better in quality.
