Review on Gerson Company Metal Letter with Rustic Brown Finish and LED Lights by Denise Davis

The 5 hour on/19 hour off timer seems to work. The on/off/timer switch is easily accessible but not visually obtrusive. Everyone who saw it liked it. Looks stylish. The LEDs are bright enough. The letter is definitely wide enough (my thumb's length) to stand on a ledge, but because it's also fairly light, I didn't want it to crack (or scratch the surface of non-solid wood room furniture). Instead I hung it on a single wall hook at the top of the back of the letter (using felt to protect the paint from the metal). I will probably order 1-2 more for other rooms. The colors look like a rusty brown that goes very well with dark (cherry/walnut) lacquered wood furniture. (The blue wall tape in the photos outlines furniture that hasn't arrived yet.) The picture in the plastic battery case and the picture in the paper instructions were different. The answer is that one battery goes as shown in the picture, while two nested (1 on top of each other) batteries go in the opposite direction. Good product; very satisfied; will be updated if it breaks or the battery life seems unnecessarily short. (July 2016)
