The remotes work great to control our genie boxes and compared to what DirecTV charged the cost point is excellent. Fast shipping from this seller. Beware of the batteries that came with them - ours were dead so I think they've been on the shelf for a while. Once we figured that out, the remotes worked flawlessly. Not this vendor's fault, but the volume and channel buttons on these remotes are very poorly designed and you have to change remotes about every 18 months. (And that's if it's only going to be used by two adults -- maybe quicker if you've got kids around the house.) So multiple packs of remotes are a good idea if you plan on using this service for a while.
