I like that you can set up alerts for when something has been said about me or my page in social media! It's also easy to use once it gets setup correctly - there are no confusing options/features which could confuse someone new who had never used this before (like some other tools). Once we started using them they really helped us with our engagement levels & awareness campaigns as well so thumbs ups all round from here!! The only thing would be if i was able to have more control over what posts were being blocked by rnk0o but thats not an issue personally since its free service anyway :) We've seen increased traffic coming through via google searches etc after posting content related to clients / brands online eg press releases articles blog entries ect.. This helps boost website clicks organically rather than paying advertising companies such as Google Ad.
