Shoes fall apart after a short period of use

These shoes are comfortable but the plastic on the back of the shoe has cracked and now makes a clicking noise with every step. This happened with both shoes and I have included a photo of what I am writing about. I only wear them to the gym and am amazed at how quickly they break down considering I only wear them 3-4 hours a week (see photo below for proof). Reebok customer service was unhelpful and would not recommend purchasing this shoe.

Pros

Great shoes for functional training and especially for tall men 👍🏼

Cons

Good shoes but not too comfortable. The right foot has a raised arch that makes it difficult to wear all day. Use it for short periods of time, e.g. B. in the gym.
