Review on 📚 Augmented Reality Education with MERGE Cube by Tim Shah

The concept is definitely cool. Recently my kids have become interested in holograms so this was the perfect Christmas present for them. I'm only giving 4 stars because to use Merge Cube you don't just have to install one Merge Cube app - you really have to go through hundreds of apps and choose what you find interesting and install each app individually. Then when you install it, you'll find that the app in question isn't particularly interesting. So you're trying to find someone else. My kids quickly got bored with this trial and error process to find a fun app to use with their bricks. Also, of course, apps that look funnier cost $, but I don't want to spend money on an app that my kids might not like or get bored of easily. So this part is not that great. It also seems that the apps compatible with Merge Cube have a big focus on the VR suite as most of the apps are compatible with those where only some apps are phone or tablet only. So it's a cool concept, but basically it's just augmented reality, like most mainstream scanning apps.
